Michelle and Molly were outstanding. Our loan process is more difficult than some due to deing a non owner occupied loan and a 1031 exchange. They were able to help us navigate through the loan process and come out with a positive outcome. We were in the process of moving from Hawaii to the mainland so everything was a bit more complicated especially considering some significant life transition events on our end. You would not have known we were separated by four time zones, at all. Michelle and her team made the process efficient and seamless, we have purchased a few houses before and those transactions were not this easy. Highly recommend!
