Working with Molly and Michelle on our home refinance was an outstanding experience from start to finish, quick process! They made what can often feel like a complicated and stressful process incredibly easy, efficient, and completely stress-free. Their communication was clear, consistent, and timely every step of the way. The company uses an app to streamline everything and show the progress of the loan, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Beyond their professionalism, what really stood out was how caring and personable they both were. Molly is stellar at what she does! It never felt transactional. They genuinely took the time to understand our situation and made sure they were looking out for our best interests throughout the entire process. Molly and Michelle went above and beyond to ensure everything moved smoothly, and their attention to detail and dedication made a difference. We felt supported, informed, and valued. We highly recommend Diversified Mortgage to anyone considering a refinance or home loan. You’ll be in excellent hands.

Michelle and Molly were extremely helpful through the process! They made us feel like we mattered and were a priority, and they lead us through a process that is very lengthy. Getting a loan processed can be challenging and not something we do often at all, but when you work with a team that is there for you the process can be easy. Michelle and her team did just that. Thank you!

Michelle and her team were absolutely phenomenal. They were efficient, organized, and communicated well. They are well-versed in the industry and provided valuable feedback on how best to proceed with my new home loan. In addition to their wisdom and professional excellence they were supportive and genuinely cared about my experience. My non-negotiable when I started to look for a home was that Michelle had to be my lender. She found me the best rate and supported all of my goals for my home purchase. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend her.

Michelle and Molly have helped me close on two houses now and each time has been amazing. They are personal, work endlessly to meet the buyers needs, and take the time to educate you in the process and answer every question. This last property they worked quickly for me to be able to close before Christmas. I fully recommend this team.

Michelle's team was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the purchase from beginning the credit review and approval process to the final closing of escrow where they were physically present for the final document signings. We were kept very well informed throughout the entire process with almost daily contact. Kudos to our specific contact Molly with her dedication to meeting our needs. We love our new home!
